The
Lookup Guest area is where you can
easily look up previous clients or enter new guests into
the system. This is where you start when a guest comes in
the salon. You can look up the guest by their name or phone
number. After you find the guest you are looking for, you
can check the guest in with the easy to use Popular Services
buttons.
The
Wait List area is where all guests
go before they move into service. The Wait List has two
functions: tracking how long the guests have been waiting,
and moving them efficiently into service. The
Will
Return area is an optional addition to the Guest
screen depending on salon management’s preference. If your
salon allows guests to check into the salon and then “be
right back” you can enter them into this area with an estimated
return time.
The
In Service area holds the guest’s information
while they are in service. When a guest is done with their
service, check out with the Quick Pay buttons, or go to
Advanced Check Out to add other guests, apply discounts,
and sell products.
