regular business hours coast-to-coast and every GuestVision
technical support member is fully

versed in the product and can resolve nearly every
issue on the first call. Should your solution require additional
software developments we can project when that fix or feature
will be available in a future update.
Help Me Technology
A picture is worth a thousand
words. Just click “Help Me!” from the Help Menu on the
GuestVision screen to bring up your screen at our offices.
A GuestVision support person can guide you not just
verbally through the telephone but by demonstrating
the solution to your question on-screen and then watch
as you try it. This feature is included with every GuestVision
license.

cost extra. Every GuestVision salon receives
multiple training resources to help learn
the software: The GuestVision Step-by-Step
Guide which takes a user through daily tasks with words and pictures,
a GuestVision Manager’s Guide which is geared
toward the advanced user, and an interactive
animated tutorial on-screen and available on CD for the stylists and managers
to watch at the salon or take home to learn on their home computers.
