Back Up Features
GuestVision automatically creates a copy of the database to the local hard drive nightly and stores up to three days worth of data. Because this type of back up cannot prevent you from losing your data in some circumstances, we highly recommend that you perform regular backups on removable media.
GuestVision recommends using a USB "thumb" or "flash" drive for your back ups because it is the most reliable and cost effective method. Simply plug it into an unused USB slot and you have external storage for your GuestVision back ups.
