The
Payroll Administration area (shown at right) of GuestVision
works in conjunction with the Employee section to track
employee check in/ check out times, product sales, PPG,
PPH, and other critical information. This series of features
enables you to set up any combination of hourly and commissioned
payroll structures for your employees. For each employee's
payroll structure, which you have defined and selected for
each job assigned, GuestVision will populate the Regular,
Overtime and Retail in the Payroll Summary Report.
With GuestVision you can define your payperiods as best
suit your business. Select weekly or semi-monthly and choose
your schedule start day (such as Saturday) or day of the
month to define how your time cards are recorded into the
database.
GuestVision offers several different reports to assist you
in your payroll. Any of these reports can be generated and
sent as Adobe Acrobat PDF or converted to Microsoft Excel
spreadsheets.
